I'll hope he'll stay honorable and allow me to have my say.
This entire situation started by a
bug report made by Tyrence himself.
As can be seen from this thread, I've made an attempt to reply respectfully and fully explained my reasoning.
That thread is one of many Tyrence made on the forum, and also the only feature request of his I denied.
Instead of a reasonable debate, it resulted in trolling from Teek and Tyrence, forcing me to close down the conversation.
I dropped the conversation until a "request for features" thread was made on the AO forums.
In this forum I requested a simple fix that would increase compatibility between budabot and Vha.Chat.
Unfortunately parts of this conversation has been completely removed by moderators.
However, a fact from that conversation is that Tyrence replied he was unable to apply the fix because "it breaks blob relaying".
However, Budabot never supported blob relaying, thus Tyrence's reasoning was invalid.
This went back and forth a bit, instead of serious replies, Tyrence mostly posted like

Take special note of the last one, where Tyrence claims he "bested" me. I was under the impression I was talking seriously about a feature request/fix, instead Tyrence assumed this to be something different.
So already, the situation was being mocked instead of replying with reasoning and respect.
Finally, later Tyrence gave the argument (through Teek) "he'd have to fix too many plugins".
After which I made

To these messages I didn't receive a reply for several weeks. My tone has become somewhat frustrated in these posts, but still they include my offer to help.
An offer that was being completely ignored by Tyrence. An offer apparently not even worth a reply.
As for the Budabot 2.0 thread, I didn't reply to that thread until Teek posted some misinformation.
Finally, weeks later Tyrence decided to contact me. However, his motivates were not to discuss a fix or resolution to the situation.

I've been repeatedly ignored, insulted and mocked.
Yet I still kept my offer to fix Budabot for Tyrence.
And what is Tyrence's reaction?
A post on this forum with a direct attack on my character using many irrelevant details.
The entire first post of this thread looks like an "I'm better than" thread.
Never once have I resorted to comparing my contributions/accomplishments, or implying I'm more dedicated to the community than Tyrence.
Yet Tyrence feels the need to make this comparison and turn this entire situation personal.
I don't regret any of my actions.
I will not stand for being called rude or disrespectful.
I've repeatedly read back my own posts, other than some frustration they've been respectful and directly focussed at my goal: resolving incompatibility between Vha.Chat and Budabot.
I really wonder, who here has little tolerance, acts rude and has an elitist behavior?
Wouldn't that be you Tyrence?
You who couldn't even be bothered to have a normal conversation with me without either mocking me or simply ignoring questions.
